Update on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles

The European Commission is currently working on an new Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles. This also covers certain categories of EPACs (+250W)

On the 4th of October 2010 the Proposal was submitted to the European Parliament. On the 18th of October it was sent to the  European Economic and Social Committee for consultation. It is forecast to be voted on the 13th of September 2011.
